I am busy this week, and wishing I could switch off all of my work notifications and hide. So here’s my response to today’s TDC.
I live my life as a …?
If I lived my life as a cat
I could sleep all day, curled up on my mat
If I lived my life as a frog
I could hide away quietly, safe in a bog
If I lived my life as a bird
I could nest in a bush, unseen and unheard
But if I lived my life as a snail
I could try to hide, but I’d leave a trail
