As I noted elsewhere, I am impressed by the dedication that you (and Alan) have for this project. It’s a great way to notice and pay attention to the world. Silent Sundays are like that for me, but weekly and not daily.

As I said there, it does me good to do it – it makes me get outside and notice my surroundings on days that I might otherwise just sit at my desk and it’s good for my physical and mental health.
